| Inventory Management |
Cost: Included with installation or upgrade
The Inventory Manager feature actively monitors your shop inventory levels and reduces the quantity available on eBay to reflect available inventory to prevent overselling.
If a product sells in your shop, and the product goes out of stock, then any related listings are immediately cancelled on eBay. This feature is primarily for use with eBay store listings and fixed price listings since these listings can be modified at any time.
Chinese and Dutch auctions are also compatible, but are subject to the following limitations imposed by eBay:
- Chinese listings may only be cancelled since you may sell only in single quantities.
- Chinese and Dutch auctions may not be modified within the last 12 hours of the listing or if a listing has bids.
- Chinese and Dutch auctions may still be ended if the item(s) goes out of stock.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: If I add additional inventory to my shop, will eBay be updated to reflect the new inventory levels?
A: No, AuctionBlox does not modify listings to increase quantities within the current listing period. Future re-listings will reflect the actual quantity levels.
Q: What happens if a product goes out of stock for a listing was scheduled via AuctionBlox?
A: Both the current listing and future relistings are cancelled. Since AuctionBlox cannot know whether you wish to relist the item when future stock arrives, you will have to manually reschedule future listings.
